Refunds on products purchased through PoliceAuctions.com's Auctions must be requested within 7 days from receipt, no exceptions. An RMA number is required for all returns! Refunds on products are only issued once the product is returned to Vortal Group, Inc. to the following address with signature required as proof of delivery:

The item must be received by Vortal Group, Inc. within 7 days of customer's original receipt or no refund will be due. Do not combine items in one package! A 15% restocking fee is charged on all returned items, regardless of reason for return. The cost of shipping the item to Vortal Group, Inc. is to be paid by the customer. Items that are incomplete, including, but not limited to shipping and packing materials, will not be refunded and will be promptly returned to the customer. No refunds or returns are allowed for items that are listed as non-returnable.
