Please remember that this is an absolute auction where items are in many cases sold for below cost. In fairness to all bidders who compete for these items, a 15% restocking fee is charged for all returns, except in cases of damage or if the description does not match the item. No refunds are issued until item is received back. Item must be returned within 15 days from issue of RMA number or no refund is due. Signature confirmation required for proof of delivery on returns, insurance recommended as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers requesting refunds due to shipping damage or lost items are required to submit insurance claims and cooperate with insurance claim process before refund is issued.
Please note that should it become necessary to return your item for any reason, PoliceAuctions.com does not pay for return shipping, so please factor this into your bidding and buying strategies.
